Whether you want to take in a local church supper or a world-class art show, antique shops and more, you can find all in Tenants Harbor, Martinsville and Port Clyde, in mid coast Maine. A peaceful week away could be watching the tide, walking the rocks, beach combing, bird watching, picnicking, and exploring the woods. You can swim at a local beach, and nearby quarries.

Maine's magnificent outdoors is right here and you could rent kayaks or canoes, arrange fishing with a local guide, ferry to nearby islands, including the mail boat to Monhegan, or chartering a sailboat. There's wonderful hiking along the shore, through the woods, in West Rockport and Camden. The fabulous Dip Net restaurant is in Port Clyde, as well as the Village Ice Cream, the best.

• Pets are welcome at some houses. Prior written approval required.
• Some houses request a pet security deposit.
• Groceries can be purchased either locally or in one of the nearby towns.
• Cleaning services, cooks, babysitters, tour and fishing guides can be recommended

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have indicated your intent to rent a specified time period, and I received your deposit to reserve your time frame, you are financially responsible for 100% of the rental fees. If you have to cancel the sooner we know the better chance we have of working with you to try to find someone to take your place. We will work with you to attempt to re-book the specified time to someone else. If you are compelled to cancel your reservation the total rental fees will be forfeited. If we are successful in re-booking all or a portion of your reservation, proportionate fees we collect will be refunded less a cancellation penalty of 25%. If we are unsuccessful in re-booking your time slot, you are responsible for paying 100% of the rental fees. Travel insurance is recommended.
